Tentative Agreement Voting Results!

Voting for the tentative agreement (TA) closed on Friday, January 16th at 5:00pm. We had a total of 4,730 dues-paying members vote, and 84% voted in favor of the TA, which will become our new contract on February 9, 2026!  We have included images of the vote results from The Hub for full transparency at the end.

You will see the ratification bonus soon, and your wage adjustments should be in place by the 2nd full pay period after ratification.

A note about the ratification bonus: like all lump sum payments, this is withheld at a higher rate than your regular pay. You will be able to get a chunk of the withholding amount back on your 2027 tax return. 

The Bargaining Team has appreciated your honest feedback and support during this record-length bargaining session, which began January 2025 and continued for over 5 months after the last Contract expired.
