Date of ratification: 1/16/2025

Contract Effective Date: 2/9/2026

Date of One-Time Payment: one pay period after ratification

·         pay date: 2/13/2026

·         We cannot advise or speculate on the withholding rate of this payment – your tax liability is determined when you file your tax return

Date of ATB Increase ($1.25 or 4%, whichever is higher): Effective the start of the second full pay period after ratification

·         effective date of wage increase: 2/9/2026

In other words, hours worked beginning 2/9/2026 will be paid with the ATB increase

·         first paycheck of hours worked post ATB increase: 2/27/2026 paycheck

The applicable pay periods are below:

·         Dark orange: ratification effective pay period

·         Orange: contract effective period & ratification bonus effective pay period

·         Yellow: ATB increase effective pay period
