Executive Board Nominations are Open

Hello Fellow Union Siblings.

We are re-running our executive board elections, to be eligible for office, a member must be in good standing for one year immediately preceding the election. Click the NOMINATIONS announcement bar to be taken to the nomination form.

The timeline for this process is as follows:

Tuesday 1/20/26 - Nominations open @ 12:00 PM

Saturday 1/24/26 - Nominations close online @11AM. A nominations meeting will be held in a hybrid format; in person at OHSU Auditorium and via Webex

Saturday 1/24/26 - Nominations close in hybrid meeting @ 12:00 PM

Friday 2/13/2026 - Elections open @ 8:00 AM

Friday 2/20/2026 - Elections close @ 5:00 PM

Elections will be run through an outside vendor. Additional information with instructions on the voting process will be sent out via email after nominations have closed.
