File a Grievance in the Hub
Grievances must be submitted to OHSU within 21 days from the time you knew or should have known that the contract was violated. Grievances can be filed for:
Discipline
Overtime
Sick Leave
Other Leave
Layoff Grievance
Vacation
Job Bid/Change
Other
Work Schedules
Work Environment
