In Person Voting Information

Teams of stewards and organizers will be stationed with laptops across from the gift shop on the 9th floor of OHS during the following times:

• Wednesday the 14th: 11:00am – 5:00pm; 9:00pm – 11:00pm

• Friday the 16th: 11:00am – 5:00pm

There is no paper ballot option for voting. We are very sorry for this change and delay in communications. This decision was made to increase security and to conform with elections code issued by AFSCME International in having only one form of voting (electronic or paper - not both).

To vote you must be registered in the Hub. If you have not registered in the Hub prior to this vote, you can do so by following these steps:

1.      Navigate to https://hub.local328.org/register

2.      Register using your @ohsu.edu email

3.      Check your email inbox for a link to set your password.

4.      You will then be prompted to create a password (do not use the same one as your OHSU login)

5.       Log-in to the Hub using your email and new password
