Local 328 and OHSU's Last Best Final Offers

Attached you’ll find the full documents that OHSU and our union turned in to the mediator this week. For a summary of what can be found in these offers, please see the 11/4/2025 mediation update.

The Employee Relations Board always posts final offers as a matter of public record.. You’ll notice that OHSU has been responsible for the last two contracts that were listed.

The full contract with tentative agreements and each party’s version of the items still being negotiated are very long documents, but even if it’s a lot to sort through we want our members to have as much access to this process as possible.

If you think that you might be interested in being on a future bargaining team, this can be a great way to get a peek at how the sausage is made. I would encourage anyone who wants to learn more about the process to compare key articles and look into upcoming trainings like Labor Education and Resource Center’s Bargaining Institute or Labor Notes Winning a Strong Contract.

Many of these resources are free and we won’t be bargaining again until 2028. You have plenty of time to train and prepare, but it’s also never too early to start thinking about the next campaign.

To ensure that this contract is the strongest it can be, please be sure you and all your coworkers have taken part in our strike vote. This is the single greatest tool we have to let OHSU know that we mean business.
