Tomorrow, November 11th, 2025, we will be holding a Strike Authorization Vote and Impasse town hall at noon. We will discuss what “impasse” really means—and why it’s a normal, protected step in bargaining. We’ll provide a quick recap of how we got here in negotiations, explain the strike vote (what it is, what it authorizes, and what happens after), and cover your rights, timelines, and how to stay involved.
