Local 328 members and their families are invited to the Northwest Oregon Labor Council's annual Labor Day Picnic on Monday, September 7th from 11 am to 4 pm at Oaks Amusement Park in Portland.

The event will host the labor community in the greater Portland area and offer food, music, and unlimited rides (non-ride wristbands are also available). It's a day to celebrate solidarity, reflect on the power of working people, and have fun with the labor community.

Local 328 members can select up to 6 total wristbands per household (ride and non-ride bracelets combined) and must sign up via our form by August 28th. Please include a name for each wristband as indicated on the form. Wristbands will be available for collection at the park entrance using the list of names provided.

Please note that parking is limited. Transportation options include:

  • Park at OMSI and take the train (Trains run every 30 minutes)

  • Park in the nearby neighborhood

  • Walk, bike, or use public transit

  • Parking at Oaks Park must be prepaid this year and can be reserved here ($30 per vehicle). You will NOT be able to park in the Oaks Park lot on the event day without a reservation unless you have an accessible parking placard.

Our local can sponsor up to 1,000 wristbands. Once we reach that number OR the deadline of August 28, the form will close, so please sign up early if you wish to attend!

We look forward to celebrating with you!
