Election Update

Today is the last day to cast your vote for our Executive Board. Voting ends at 5:00 pm PST. 

An email sent to all voting members OHSU email on 2/13/26 @ 8:00 am. If you did not vote, there was a reminder email sent 2/19/26 @ 8:00 am. The email was sent from AFSCME328 <help@yeselections.com>.

Our vendor is located on the East Coast so this is after hours for them. Because of that, tabulation is scheduled for Monday morning (2/23/26) at 9:00 am. Candidates will be notified first of the results. The membership will be notified immediately thereafter. 

We were not aware that closing the vote at 5:00 pm would delay tabulation of the votes. This is a lesson learned and adjustments will be made going forward with elections so that tabulation of votes and the results are not delayed.
