2022 Ratification-Vote Information

Below is information about our tentative agreement and the ratification vote. Please check this page frequently — information will be added as it becomes available.

Voting: The ratification vote will be held from 8 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, through 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. A YES vote means you are approving the tentative agreement; a NO vote means you are rejecting the tentative agreement and are willing to go out on strike. If the TA is ratified, the new contract will go into effect the day after the vote closes; raises and bonuses will be paid in our Nov. 11 paychecks. Our bargaining team recommends the ratification of this agreement.

  1. Cast your online vote here at any time during the voting period. (You’ll get an “ineligible to vote” message if you try to vote prior to Oct. 3.) Click here for instructions on how to vote online. You will need your employee ID number to log in to vote (what you used for the the strike vote); if you don’t know it, you can ask your timekeeper (or email info@local328.org).

  2. Or, vote in person at one of the tabling locations below (times/locations are subject to change).
