AFSCME Local 328 is 99.9% home on reaching a deal with OHSU! The letter of agreement we’ve been working on will empower our members to make personal decisions about whether they can afford to help OHSU at this time and will give OHSU additional tools to save jobs.
Read MoreYesterday afternoon we received a comprehensive counterproposal from OHSU that includes elements such as voluntary FTE reduction, a voluntary retirement incentive program, staff redeployment (both voluntary and mandatory) and a joint COVID-19 task force. The LOA does not include any changes to or reductions in wages. The CIRT is hopeful that we can find resolution on this matter soon, and we look forward to tomorrow’s meeting with OHSU.
