We are a union called the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFSCME. AFSCME represents
union members around the country. AFSCME Local 328 is made up of employees from Oregon Health & Science
University, OHSU. We have about 5,500 employees in our bargaining unit. Together we bargain for and enforce a good
contract, great benefits and a safe working environment. We do our best to make OHSU better for you.

To check whether OHSU has you listed as a member or as a fair-share payer, look at the After Tax Deductions section
of your OHSU earnings statement (#34 in the below "Understanding Your Earnings Statement" PDF You should see
either AFSCME Dues or AFSCME Fair Share. If you find out you are a fair-share payer and want to sign up to become
a member, just click the Become a Member link on our website and follow the instructions.
